- Delivered 206 affordable homes
- Carried out 1,428 tenancy home visits
- Supported tenants to secure over £1.2million in unclaimed benefits
- Conducted 82 estate walkabouts
£26million of improvement works has been carried out, including:
- 666 kitchen and bathroom replacements
- 406 roof replacements
- 247 homes benefitting from brickwork repairs
- 1,755 homes benefitting from external painting
- 879 high efficiency condensing boilers installed
