Direct Debits – Early Collection
Due to a system error, some Direct Debit payments due to be collected on Monday 1 June have been taken earlier than expected on Friday 29 May.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and are working closely with our banking provider to understand what has happened.
What this means
- Payments may have left your accounts earlier than expected
- We have been unable to stop or reverse these payments
- We recognise this may cause difficulties for some customers and support is available
- Please be assured this money will not come out a second time on Monday
