North Tyneside Council is applying for planning permission for Repointing of external walls of building including chimney stacks. Removal of low level sections of water/salt damaged plaster/render in the ground floor reception area and offices, and replacement with a lime plaster. Removal of wall linings in the basement area ceremony room, and replacement with cavity drain tanking system complete with drainage through wall.
