Mr & Mrs Andrew & Jill Potts is applying for planning permission for Change of use of land from equestrian grazing to dog exercise and agility areas (sui generis), and the creation of three new (dog exercise) paddocks with associated shelter and fencing. Installation of track of approximately 368m in length to provide access to both the existing and proposed paddocks. (Part Retrospective Application).
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
