Tynemouth Social Club is applying for planning permission for Adjustment of the existing window openings to the ground floor and new grey UPVC sliding folding windows installed. Replacement of existing front entrance doors with grey UPVC fully glazed double doors. Removal of existing artifical stone cream painted cladding to the front elevation and replace with a cream render finish. Refurbishment of existing rear family garden with the installation of a temporary single storey building based upon a container unit, providing toilets and serving area with a flat roof constructed with the container clad with grey composite cladding.

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
