Removal of the later suspended ceiling restores the original interior volume, plaster finish to newly opened ceiling. Existing WC remodelled to provide an accessible WC and entrance space. Kitchen facilities are rationalised to a compact, discreet zone, reducing circulation conflict. A new storage wall is introduced on the NE wall to accommodate chairs, tables, and display equipment. Original features such as panelling, seating, and the timber roof are retained and refurbished, existing non-original panelling to walls to be removed. New electrical installations.

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
