Mr Watson is applying for planning permission for Demolition of existing rear offshoots and modern garage structure.  Proposed single storey rear extension. Full-height bi-fold doors to rear elevation with a covered rear entrance door.  Replacement external store in place of the garage and new rear access gate. Reinstatement of traditional-style railings to the front boundary wall and above the first-floor porch. At roof level, existing dormer elements are proposed to be replaced.  Internal minor alterations, including adjustments to openings and room arrangements to integrate the proposed extension.

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
