Orthern Estates And Investment Co Ltd is applying for planning permission for Remedial work to the roof to address water ingress. Remove existing slate roof and reinstate with a new waterproof breather membrane, battens and counter battens. Replace damaged slates, lead valley flashings and sarking board where required, re-point and re-haunch chimney stacks, encapsulate sandstone water tables with lead, strip and make good rear mineral felt flat roofs and replace gutter.

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area. The property is a Listed Building.
