Mr & Mr Childe & Atkinson is applying for planning permission for External ground floor alterations to include replacement of the front porch, new doors to front and rear elevations and new roof light to rear offshoot.  New dormer window and 4no. roof lights to front roof slope, increase size of existing rear dormer window and 2no. new roof lights to rear two-storey offshoot.  External material changes including render to the rear/side elevation and rear walls and bike store to rear.

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
