Mr Joey Warner is applying for planning permission for Variation of Condition No. 1 (approved plans) of planning permission 23/01607/FULH in order to reflect the development as constructed, including the insertion of a new single pane window within the side elevation; changes to external materials comprising more extensive and consistent use of vertical composite cladding in grey, with black cladding to the recessed bi fold door area; alterations to rainwater goods to include uPVC hoppers; provision of a slate finish to the porch roof; changes to the site frontage including the blocking up of an existing gate opening alongside previously approved works to raise the boundary walls and pillars; and minor revisions to elevational detailing and facade treatment, with no change to the overall scale, footprint, height or general form of the development.

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

The submitted plans and associated documents are available to view on the Council’s Planning website at www.northtyneside.gov.uk.  If you wish to make representations about the application you should do so in writing within 21 days(excluding bank holidays) of the publication of this notice to the Planning Service at the address shown at the end of this notice.

As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
