Arrangements
- Annual Gas Safety Check (CP12) for all tenanted properties.
- Certificates issued to tenants within 28 days.
- Apply to the Court for an access warrant should access by a tenant be refused
- Use of suitable qualified engineers only.
- Immediate isolation of dangerous appliances.
