Mutual exchange policy

Tenants should note that tenancy rights may differ if exchanging with another social landlord. Specifically:

• A secure tenant exchanging with a housing association tenant may lose secure tenancy rights
• The type of tenancy granted will depend on the receiving landlord

All parties must:

• Sign the required legal documentation
• Complete tenancy sign-up before the exchange can take place
