How to apply
Tenants must apply for a mutual exchange by registering with the mutual exchange scheme
The statutory 42-day decision period will begin once the Authority has received a completed application from all parties. Please note that an application shall not be treated as “completed” unless and until it has been signed and dated by both tenants.
