Department for Transport Statutory Taxi and Private Hire Vehicle Standards
In July 2020 the Department for Transport (DfT) published updated guidance for local authorities on their approach to their taxi licensing function. This Authority, when exercising any relevant functions, must now have regard to these Standards.
