Vehicle test
To book a vehicle test for new applications, replacement vehicles and all re-tests please email the Licensing office at taxi.licensing@northtyneside.gov.uk or call 0191 6432165.
Once your vehicle has passed its test and your application is complete, your new licence will be emailed to you.
For replacement vehicles you will be able to collect your new licence plate and disc from the Licensing Office at a later date. If you are renewing an existing licence a new windscreen disc and if necessary new decals will be posted out to you.
