Notification of an award
The Authority will notify the outcome of each application to the Exceptional Hardship Fund by email if the email address is held as this ensures a quick response unless this is not appropriate. In cases where email is not appropriate, a postal notification will be sent. The notification will include the reason for the decision and advise the applicant of their appeal rights.
