| Tenant home visits |
We carry out tenant home visits to help us get to know our tenants better, check the overall condition of the property and see if there are any outstanding issues or repairs. Finding out if anyone in the household needs any additional support, which we can help arrange.
Our aim is to provide helpful support where needed, whether it’s guidance with finances, tips for home management, assistance with health concerns, or pathways to employment and training. We also contact Introductory tenants eight months after the commencement of tenancy date, this is to review how the tenancy is being managed and if satisfactory the tenancy will become secure.
