Communal blocks inspections We carry out inspection visits of our communal blocks 4 times per year. This will cover reporting repairs, addressing issues surrounding fire risk (would be managed in accordance to risk) and speaking with tenants/leaseholders about things such as storing items on communal areas
Estate Inspections

Carry out estate inspections 4 times per year, published on Our North Tyneside website

Report issues found when carrying out estate inspections 

Carry out inspections of all communal blocks 4 times per year
