Governance - HAF Steering Group and Grant Panel
The 2025 Steering Group was made up of representatives from across the council and external sectors, including Public Health, North East Combined Authority, RISE active partnership, Wallsend Children’s Community, Karbon Homes, North Tyneside Parent Carer Forum, Feeding Britain and Connexions.
The Grant Panel met in advance of every delivery period to ensure fair and transparent decisions were made around awarding funds. The panel consists of Council employees from across different sectors as well as external partners such as Karbon Homes and VODA.
