SEND Higher Education
After successfully following a Level 3 qualification (A levels, T Levels, or a Vocational Course), some students may decide to continue in learning and progress into Higher Education to study for a degree.
Some Further Education colleges also offer foundation degrees, which can also be an option after a Level 3 qualification.
For general information about Higher Education, UCAS (University and College Admission Service) is a good resource for exploring courses, entry requirements, the application process to university and timelines:
If you have a disability that affects your ability to study in higher education, you could apply for Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA).
Once young people enter Higher Education, support comes via the DSA, and the Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) will cease.
DSA is in addition to other student finance and does not need to be repaid. It is to assist with costs because of your disability, and other disability related costs of studying.

You should also contact a university directly with any queries about SEND support at that university, through their Student Support / Disability team. Contact details can be found on an individual university website.
