Enforcement Action Charge by Environmental Health
The Authority will charge for the regulatory effort of taking the following enforcement actions:
- Serving an Improvement Notice;
- Making a Prohibition Order;
- Taking Emergency Remedial action;
- Making an Emergency Prohibition Order;
- Making a Demolition Order.
The fees for enforcement action are shown in table below:
