The above order, if confirmed, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding SIX (6) Public Footpaths within a copsed wooded area known as ‘Croftwood’ situated south of Killingworth Village between another Public Footpath at its western edge and the maintainable footway of the B1317 Killingworth Road at its east edge as shown on the order plan.
A copy of the order and the associated map may be seen on the Council’s website at https://www.northtyneside.gov.uk/statutory-notices and at North Tyneside Council Offices at Quadrant East, The Silverlink North, NE27 0BY between the hours of 10am and 4pm.
Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to the Mr G Clark, Definitive Map Officer, Block A, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, NE12 6QQ.
Objections should be received not later than 42 days after the date at the bottom of this notice, and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. Please bear in mind that such correspondence cannot be treated as confidential and may be inspected by any interested party.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or to any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council will confirm the order.
If representations or objections are duly made the order will be submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in whole or in part, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
