You can refer yourself to Adult Social Care by:
- Registering on My Care North Tyneside and completing an online referral.
- If you're an unpaid carer and want to access support for your own wellbeing, you can refer yourself to North Tyneside Carers’ Centre.
- We know not everyone can use an online form. If you would prefer, you can call our social care contact centre on (0191) 643 2777. You can also email childrenandadultscontactcentre@northtyneside.gov.uk.
We also receive referrals from professionals including:
- health services
- voluntary sector support services
- hospitals
- emergency services
