Bed bugs and cockroaches
For private properties there is a charge of £40 including VAT for treating bed bugs and cockroaches.
For council tenants the charge is part of the rent.
We'll carry out an inspection to find out the extent of the problem. Then undertake the appropriate treatment.
Before a booking can be made, you must have a sample of the pest. The easiest way to do this for bed bugs is to use sticky tape. There must be bed bugs on the tape before a booking can be arranged. This is important so we use the correct treatment for the pest.
Before our visit:
- vacuum infected rooms
- remove bedding and treat on a hot wash
- move furniture off walls (if possible)
- remove any aquatic or reptile life from infected rooms
- for cockroaches, please clear all floors and benches of equipment
