Be a responsible dog owner
Dogs are great companions.
If you are allowed a dog, make sure it doesn’t whine or bark for long periods of time.
If your dog fouls in any area of the property or in a public space, you must pick it up and dispose of it properly. Failure to do so can lead to warnings, fines, or even legal action, including potential termination of the tenancy.
Always keep your dog under control. Use a lead when walking your dog.
Get your dog micro-chipped so it can be traced back to you if it ever goes missing.
If you are aware that a resident has a dangerously out of control dog or banned breed, you should report this to us on 0345 2000 101 as well as the Police.
