North Tyneside Council gives notice that it has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on a section of an unrecorded public path leading from Whitley Bay mini golf to Whitley Bay beach.
The temporary Order is required in the interest of public safety due to unsafe access and will come into force on 7 April 2026 for a period not exceeding 6 months.
