North Tyneside Council is applying for planning permission for Replacement of existing internal doors and frames with new doorsets. Existing architraves will be carefully removed prior to removal of the existing doors and frames, and they will be re-fitted following the installation of the new doorsets.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area. The property is a Listed Building.
