NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tyneside Council will make the following Order on 28 November 2025.
Under the provisions of Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847. North Tyneside Council hereby order that during the times stated below the following regulations will be observed to temporarily prohibit all vehicular through:
- Howard Street, Saville Street, Tyne Street, Union Street, Embankment Walkway, Liddle Street, Bell Street, Union Quay and Western Quay, North Shields between 17:30 hours and 20:30 hours on 12 December 2025.
The purpose of the order is to prevent obstruction during the North Shields 800 parade. The penalty for infringement of the above regulation is a fine.
