North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on Nile Street Lane at the side of North Shields Metro.
The proposed temporary Order is required for Resurfacing of the carriageway.
The Order will come into force on 20th April 2026.
