North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on the footpath adjacent to number 21 Lanark Close.
An alternate route is available via Westminster Avenue, Hamilton Crescent, Lanark Close.
The proposed temporary Order is required for gas main replacement works and the Order will come into force on 20 July 2026 lasting until 10 August 2026.
