North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on Hotspur Road from outside numbers 42-44.
The proposed temporary Order is required for patch repairs to a partially collapsed sewer.
The Order will come into force on 30th March 2026 lasting until the 31st March 2026.
