North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on the footpath that connects Hillcrest and Windsor Road.
The proposed temporary Order is required for the installation of ducts to facilitate new 33kv twin circuits.
The Order will come into force on 27 May 2026 lasting until the 09 June 2026.
