North Tyneside Council gives notice that it intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit all through traffic on Edwins Avenue Lane at the rear of number 48 Edwins Avenue.
The proposed temporary Order is required to carry out sewer repairs and reinstate
The Order will come into force on 20th April 2026 for a period not exceeding 5 days.
