NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Tyneside Council will make the following Order on 28 November 2025.
Under the provisions of section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, North Tyneside Council hereby order that during the times stated below the following regulations will be observed to prevent obstruction of the following streets during the holding of a Street Party.
The temporary closure will take place on the back lane between Laburnum Avenue and Clifton Terrace, Whitley Bay, during the hours of 13:00 and 16:00 on 29 March 2026. The party will be held in the car park / grounds of the Old Police Station.
During the closure, traffic should use the adjacent local road network.
Pedestrian access will remain. The penalty for infringement of the above regulation is a fine.
