The Office Of The Northumbria Police & Crime Commissioner is applying for planning permission for Variation of Conditions 1 (Approved Plans), 5 (Noise Impact Assessment), 6 (Post-Installation Noise Testing), 10 (Parking Layout), 11 (Cycle Storage), 12 (Commercial Waste Scheme), 21 (Ground Investigation), 22 (Remediation Method Statement), 23 (Remediation Validation Report) and 24 (Phase 1 Desk Study Report) attached to planning permission 25/01017/FULM to facilitate revisions to the approved development, including omission of the approved ground floor extension and rooftop plant deck extension, retention of the existing cycle storage, provision of a detached prefabricated garage building, revised parking and servicing arrangements, relocation of waste storage and vehicle wash facilities, alterations to plant equipment and landscaping, and consequential amendments to noise, biodiversity and contamination mitigation measures.
The application is being advertised as it involves major development.
The submitted plans and associated documents are available to view on the Council’s Planning website at www.northtyneside.gov.uk. If you wish to make representations about the application you should do so in writing within 21 days(excluding bank holidays) of the publication of this notice to the Planning Service at the same address shown at the end of this notice.
