Mr Dave Carney is applying for planning permission for Change of use of agricultural land (Sui Generis) to residential curtilage (Class C) including engineering operations comprising a localised increase in land levels to part of the lower rear garden area to create a usable terrace, together with the installation of steps linking the upper and lower garden levels.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
