Our Values
We want every child and young person to feel safe, happy, and that they belong at school. We support people to work together, understand each other, and find helpful ways forward so everyone can learn and grow. We listen. We care. We work together.
Who we are
Educational Psychologists (EPs) are specially trained in assessing children and young people’s educational and wellbeing needs and offering advice on how they can be supported in school. We carry out assessments as part of the Education, Health and Care Assessment process. EPs work with children and young people, school staff and parents, either individually, in small groups or with whole staff teams. Referrals are usually made by the staff in a child’s school or setting.
