About the register

Welcome to North Tyneside Council's Self and Custom Housebuild Register.

North Tyneside Council is required to keep a register of individuals and associations of individuals seeking to acquire land to build a home, in accordance with the Self-Build and Custom Housebuilding Act 2015.

By completing the following questionnaire you are expressing that you are seeking a serviced plot to build your own home and wish to be added to North Tyneside Council's register.

In completing this process you are agreeing to be added to North Tyneside Council's Self and Custom Build Register. Your name, contact details and any other information you choose to provide will be available to North Tyneside Council only.

North Tyneside Council may choose to contact you directly to discuss your requirements in more detail and/or to share news about available plots or projects within North Tyneside.

We will not pass your personal details to other organisations without your permission. This means that you will not receive unsolicited calls, emails or other correspondence from other companies as a result of submitting your details here.
