Calculate your fees on the Planning Portal
A national annual inflationary increase in planning fees will be applied every April, from 2025 onwards. All fees are increased, in line with the consumer price index, by 3.8%. Planning fees will increase from 1st April 2026. If you have submitted an application that is currently invalid, if this is still invalid after 5pm on 31st March, then the new fee increase will apply.
