North Tyneside Enterprise Week 2025 is set to return this November, celebrating the innovation, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit across the Borough.
Businesses and entrepreneurs are invited to take part in a week-long programme of free workshops, networking opportunities, and speaker sessions designed to inspire ideas and support business growth.
Running from Monday 17 to Friday 21 November, the events are open to anyone with a business idea or those looking to grow their enterprise – from start-ups and small traders to established companies.
Enterprise Week will launch with the session ‘Toolkit to Starting a Business’ at the Whitley Bay Playhouse on Monday 17 November at 12.30-3.30pm, featuring a live case study from Adam Croney of Fuel’d in North Shields which recently opened after support from The Business Factory and the regional Enterprising North programme.
Other highlights include the Business Support Showcase on Tuesday 18 November – a relaxed, expo-style event that connects local businesses with a wide range of support services available across the Borough and the wider North East.
Later in the week, on Thursday 20 November, the North Tyneside Business Awards return to celebrate the Borough’s most successful and innovative businesses.
Carl Johnson, Deputy Mayor of North Tyneside Council, said: “I’m delighted to see the return of North Tyneside Enterprise Week. It’s a fantastic opportunity for everyone interested in business to learn, grow and be inspired. Whether you have a business idea or own an established brand, I would highly recommend coming along to some of the sessions as there is something for everyone to take away.
“There’s so much potential in the Borough and this event aims to unlock that potential, supporting our local businesses to scale and driving economic growth in North Tyneside.”
Further information, case studies and local success stories will be shared across the Business Factory channels throughout the week.
