- 770 tenants are registered on the Our North Tyneside Voice website to receive updates on previous consultations and advance notice of opportunities to have their say
- Our Annual Tenants' Report 2025-26 has been completed
- We are working to improve information for tenants - a newsletter will go out with the summer rent statement and a general information booklet are in production, based on tenant feedback
- Our panels met in May to discuss a number of issues that are important to them. Notes from these meetings can be found on Our North Tyneside Voice.
- An engagement action plan has been produced for the year, considering Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey results, our service self-assessment outcomes and tenant feedback
