Purpose
The purpose of the Rent Policy is to set out the overall approach to rent setting and income management, in doing so, helping maximise income and sustain tenancies. The Authority's housing income management service contributes to the financial strength of the Council so that it is able to provide financial resources to help deliver our strategic priorities.
