To guarantee all your collections for this season, your subscription needed to be paid by 20 February 2026.
If you paid by this date, your sticker and calendar will arrive before collections start.
If you paid after the deadline, your sticker and calendar may take up to four weeks to reach you.
You can cancel your subscription within 14 days of making a payment. After this period, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
