vehicles that currently are/have been licensed as a taxi, either as a private hire or a
hackney carriage, within your council across the last 10 years if possible (looking at dates
11/05/2012 - present 11/05/2022).

Please find attached a list of all currently licensed Hackney Carriages and Private
Hire Vehicles with the following information: -
a. Vehicle make and model
Vehicle Registration Numbers are not being supplied after applying section 40(2) of

To extract the information requested regarding the make and model of all vehicles
licensed in the past 10 years, the records would need to be searched individually.
There is currently no means of extracting this information automatically. Each
individual file will need to be examined. Therefore, this part of the request is
refused under s12 (1) Freedom of Information Act 2000, since the cost of complying
would exceed the appropriate limit set out in the Freedom of Information and Data
Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004
