Please provide copies of any reports, datasets, or internal analyses used to determine SEND place requirements across North Tyneside.
This should include:
· Forecasts of demand by need type and age group;
· Capacity assessments of existing SEND settings; and
· References to Woodlawn School or the proposed use of the Langley First School site.
Please include material held by Children’s Services (Julie Firth), SEND & Inclusion, and Education Place Planning from January 2023 to present.

Please be advised, The Code of Practice for Official Statistics requires that reasonable steps should be taken to ensure that all published or disseminated statistics protect confidentiality. To do this, numbers less than 10 are suppressed to protect confidentiality. Disclosure of such information would therefore be in breach of the data protection principles and is therefore withheld under section 40 (2) of the FOIA.
Individual names are also withheld under Section 40(2) of the Act. Information is exempt from disclosure if it is the personal data of an individual other than the requester and where the disclosure of that personal data would be in breach of any of the data protection principles.
