Please be advised, private hire operators who are operating as sole traders have been removed. This is because this information is classed as personal data and is withheld under section 40(2) of the Act. Information is exempt from disclosure if it is the personal data of an individual other than the requester and where the disclosure of that personal data would be in breach of any of the data protection principles.
