Information not held. The Council outsourced its highways services to Capita under a long-term contract that commenced on 01 November 2012. The arrangement ended 31 December 2024.
Capita received an annual Core Budget as part of the terms of the contract and managed these budgets including highway maintenance at their own discretion. Therefore, the Council does not hold information on amounts per year specifically spent on pavements/kerbs/steps/paths/roads.
