installation of the fencing to the west of the school site, east of Hotspur North
and Willow Grove and that the value of this contribution was £4,411. This relates to the original fencing installation, arranged by Story homes prior to the
commencement of the school development.
1. Could I ask when the exact date was that the Local Authority paid £4,411
and whom to?
2. Could I also be provided with a copy of the fence specifications that the
Local Authority contributed the £4,411?
Response:
1. The invoice dated 05/09/2016 was paid to Story Homes on 15/09/2016.
2. Information not held by the Authority. Records confirm that the Authority
agreed to pay 50% of the costs for a fence built to Story Homes
specifications. The Authority no longer holds a copy of that specification.
However, details of the fence specification linked to the original planning
application (14/01930/FUL) can be found online via Public Access,
searching reference 15/01726/COND (Discharge of conditions
7,9,11,12,13,14,15,16,21,23,24,26,29,30,31,32,44,45,46,47,49,50,52 and 53 of
application 14/01930/FUL).
