Could I request information on a contribution that was made from the School Project Funds to Story Homes to amend the fencing that was installed between 2016 and 2020 to meet Planning Condition 46 for Backworth Park Primary School.
Could you please let me know what the amount was that was paid from the school project funds and what the funds were specifically used for?
Response:
The Local Authority contributed 50% towards the cost of the installation of the fencing to the west of the school site, east of Hotspur North and Willow Grove.
The value of this contribution was £4,411.
This relates to the original fencing installation, arranged by Story homes prior to the commencement of the school development.
The Local Authority is not aware of any subsequent amendment to this fence line and have made no further financial contributions.
