Could I request a copy of the detailed drawing that is being referred to and any other relevant information.
On the North Tyneside Planning Portal, Under the Planning Condition
18/00418/COND and under the Consultee Comments it states the following-
Within Planning Application 17/01118/COND within the Consultee Comments the Principal Ecologist has wrote the following-
'I have viewed the specification for the fencing and can agree discharge of
condition 46.'
Environmental Health (Pollution) has wrote the following-
'Condition 46: I note that the drawing reference 81400 shows that a 2.4m high
acoustic fence is to be provided to the school boundary adjacent to the
residential property to screen noise arising from the playing field areas. Please
provide a detailed drawing of the specification of the acoustic fence to enable
a full determination fo the discharge of this condition.'
Within Planning Application 18/00584/COND Environmental Health (Pollution) has also wrote the following-
I have viewed the acoustic report for the discharge of conditions 33 and 35 and can agree the discharge of the conditions based on the proposed mitigation measures being implemented that consist of a minimum 2.4 m high acoustic fence along the west boundary of the school and 2.4m high barrier around the air handling units. the barrier must be designed in accordance to the specification detailed in point 11.5 of the noise report no. 6551.3A.
I would be most grateful if you could provide me under the freedom of information act with a copy of the detailed drawing that is being requested by Environmental Health (Pollution) to enable the full determination of Condition 46.
If you could also provide a copy of the specifications for the fencing that the Principal Ecologist is referring to for the discharge of Condition 46 I would be most grateful.
